Good

The price was good. Apartment was big enough and had a balcony with a possibility to dry clothes.

The breakfast choice was not so good. I found a worm from my pumpkin seeds. The fruit had an unpleasant chlorine aftertaste, so I did not eat it. Poor choice of pastries. We had a room with a view to the bog (would have preferred sea view, of course). It was close to the kitchen and could hear the kitchen staff singing / shouting. There was no salt, it was difficult to figure out how the stove worked.

Wonderful

We took a flat with 1 bedroom, very comfortable beds, TVs were in each room, large balcony with table and chairs, nice view. Excellent breakfast and lunch for very reasonable price. Nice coffee in the bar. Just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach .

The water in the pool was a bit cold, it depends only on outside temperature and sun.

Good, but could be a lot better.

The food was excellent. Great service in the dining area. The staff at reception was more than helpful.

A lot of smell from the near swamp! Early in the morning and after 18:00 you can not stand outside! After complaining they changed our room. The pictures of the rooms.are quite old

Close to the beach. Clean, safe and quiet.

Every evening and night complete area is covered with strong, very unpleasant smell. That prevents you from sitting at the balcony or opening windows during the night. It doesn't have anything with the hotel to do,but it really bothered us and spoiled general impression. It would be nice if food allergens are marked in the restaurant. Like in the photos- a bit outdated.

Wonderful

Thanks to reception personal for service breakfast , dinner are very good for family, hotel placed near from beach, also many shops and restaurants around big supermarket Eroski about walking 15min comfortables room, guiet area after 10/11p.m, no dicso music around midhtnight

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Hadn’t been to Majorca in many years.

Really enjoyed the stay in Alcudia Suite. Was good to have a pool view, which I would recommend. Good location with about 5min walk to the beach.

Got quite noisy, particularly early in the morning. Kids shouting and screaming in the corridors.

Great aparthotel close to the beach

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet is varied and of good quality. The only downside is that you sometimes need to seek all corners to find sauces and some food. The pool is nice. The entertainment is just ok, nothing spectacular. The beach is close and there are shops next door.

WiFi is slow. Many times I was getting lots of buffering on streaming or quality downgrade. The free internet is super limited as they block usage of almost anything, including VPN or SSH on conventional ports (like 443) which means they are inspecting internet traffic.

Really impressed by this great experience

Location.Meals. staff friendliness. Room size.amenities was all good i recomend. Problem with electronic lock was solved immediately by friendly handyman they got on duty who replaced the lock in no time. Staff at reception were very friendly I must acknowledge. So the dining room staff providing superb variety of meals . Breakfast was one of the best I ve ever had with great variety of all types of international food stuff you could be vegetarian .American .English .Italian .German they had all types of breakfast types including coffees and juices.fruits. countless delicious items to choose from . Included for most of guests but you could have it for only 10€ if you came from outside. Nice swimming pool . Family friendly environment. I do recommend for your holiday at Playa el Muro. I am not giving a biased or paid review. This was my true experience.!

I can't say i disliked anything. Very convenient location close to shops and other restaurants . Handy near main road.

Lovely hotel but beware if you have food allergies

The facilities were nice (be aware that the pools are unheated and quite chilly!), the location was excellent and the choice of food at the buffet was also good - it rotated throughout the week and there were lots of fresh salad and seafood options available which was nice to see. Good selection of desserts too!

Their approach to allergies was bordering on negligent - My son has a milk allergy, which I explained to the manager and he proceeded to show me around the buffet. I enquired about which cereals were milk free to which he replied "all of them". I challenged this as there were several chocolate options available and upon checking the ingredients it turned out that none of them were suitable. Plus the allergen symbols placed on the food labels were often wrong - there was a cheesy pasta with no milk symbol for example. It sounds fussy but this could genuinely cause serious illness or worse - please take more care!!

Very Good

Great location. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The evening food served was perhaps a little basic and lacked the choices I've seen at other hotels. But we did pay a lot less . Something to weigh up on our next visit.

Very Good

Location, very clean, helpful staff. Good value for money.

The kitchen facilities need upgraded Noise level from upstairs moving furniture very very loud. The couch is very small to be turned in to a bed, only suitable for a child. Would prefer double bed instead of 2 singles.

very nice staff made the stay very enjoyable - very child friendly

food was varied and very good - dishes were replenished quickly - tables were a bit small - but dirty dishes were cleared regularly so it did not matter.

You need to be careful if you ask staff about dietary information - on one occasion we were told a dish was milk free , but this was corrected by another member of staff who overheard the conversation - and it did indeed contain milk - but aside form that it was a very good buffet.
